Our offer applies exclusively to commercial customers from industry, trade and commerce as well as self-employed and public service providers.
Can I request brands and products that are not mentioned on your website?
Yes, you even should. We specialise in industrial needs and can provide you with many more brands and products than we have listed here. Just contact us.
Do you have a minimum order value (MOV)?
Yes, we do have a minimum order value of 500 euros. If an order is placed with a lower value, there is a handling charge of 50 euros.
How do you ship my order and what are the shipping costs?

DHL parcel within the EU but outside Germany (all EU countries)
DHL Express rest of the world (not mentioned above)

Of course, we can also send your equipment with your preferred parcel service using your customer account number.
How long do I have to wait for my delivery?
It usually takes 2 to 3 working days for the package to be delivered by DHL or DHL Express. In addition, you have to include the manufacturer’s lead times, which we usually state in the offer.
Is there a guarantee on the products?
Generally, the products we offer have a manufacturer’s warranty of 2 years. Some manufacturers go beyond and offer a 3, 5 or even 10 year warranty. If you have any questions about specific products, feel free to contact us.
